Mary Beth began her career in the dental industry as a practice manager before joining the Southern Family Dental Partners team in 2018 as the Director of Operations. With her years working in the dental industry and other healthcare-related fields, she understands the importance of the private practice experience.
The best part of Mary Beth’s job is helping dentists realize the full potential that the Southern Family Dental Partners team can bring to their practice. With their experience in the daily office operations of a dental practice, they enjoy making the staff and patient experience the main focus of their work.
In her free time, Mary Beth spends a lot of time with her husband, Brad, their daughter, Maeve and their dog Ellie. She especially enjoys weekends on the lake and UT Football games in the fall.
Jennifer has been in the dental management industry for 19 years. She’s done everything from day-to-day office responsibilities to financing. After experiencing a typical corporate DSO structure as a Regional Manager, she decided that the big, corporate DSO world was not for her.
When Southern Family Dental Partners acquired a dental practice she was working in, Jennifer found she had the same vision for private dental practices as Southern Family Dental Partners. Since joining SFDP she has enjoyed helping offices see the benefits of partnering with a management group that truly cares about the private practice experience, their patients and their providers.
In her free time, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband of 17 years and their two children. Decorating and interior design is one of her favorite things to do, which has been perfect as her family build their dream home!
Heather has over 23 years of targeted experience in operations management. She uses her combined expertise in healthcare administration, business development, and strategic planning to help organizations optimize operations while improving healthcare delivery and quality of care for patients.
Heather believes in excellence, action with integrity and high ethical standards. Her commitment to practice principled and servant leadership combined with her passion for collaboration aligns perfectly with the values of Southern Family Dental Partners, and she takes pride in positively impacting those around her in her personal life as well as her professional life.
Heather loves spending time with her two children at home in Lebanon, Tennessee. She also enjoys hiking, traveling, and baking in her free time.
Montana is responsible for recruiting top talent for Southern Family Dental Partner’s existing practices and future acquisitions. She strives to build strong, long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with candidates.
Montana’s favorite thing about working with SFDP is having the opportunity to help candidates find their dream job! Southern Family Dental Partners values their team members and believes in putting their patients, providers, and practices first. These core values also guide her in her profession.
As a military spouse, Montana is an active community servant, having volunteered with the USO, Wreaths Across America, and battalion-level events with the United States Marine Corps. She lives with her husband, Jake, and dog, Jax, in North Carolina. She enjoys traveling, yoga, and spending time outdoors in her free time.
I wanted to focus more on the patients and dental procedures, and less on HR, taxes, management, and overhead. Southern Family Dental Partners made this desire a reality.
