We currently own 16 dental practices, operating in Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama and Arkansas with plans to expand into other states across the southeast in 2024.

Our hiring process is completed in 3 steps:

    1. Submit your application here. We will contact you to schedule a first assessment interview.
    2. Attend a virtual interview with our operations team.
    3. Visit the practice to see the environment and meet our team in person.

Each of our individual practices are unique in themselves, but all share the same mission and vision. Our teams lead with a patient-first approach. We strive every day to achieve synergy among patients, providers, and practices.

At Southern Family Dental Partners, we believe in investing in the professional development of our team members. We offer continuing education (CE) reimbursement up to a specific dollar amount for all clinical employees.

We are currently a small organization with an aggressive growth strategy. We are passionate about placing the right people in the right place. Promoting within and identifying talent in specific areas is a priority for the organization. With the continuous growth of the organization, we expect to have many opportunities for our team members. We understand keeping our teams engaged and challenged is important.

It is recommended you bring two copies of your resume or Curriculum Vitae (CV) with you to your in-person interview.

Your first assessment interview can range from 30 minutes to 1 hour. An in-person interview with a site visit to the practice is an hour and a half on average.

The amount of time to fill each position varies. Our goal is to hire the highest qualified candidate within a few weeks.
