Southern Family Dental Partners Announces Leadership Promotions and New Operational Structure –

We’re thrilled to share two exciting announcements that reflect this ongoing dedication—starting with a major leadership promotion and a new operations structure that will allow us to better support our clinics, patients, and providers across the Southeast.

Brandy Denton Promoted to Chief Operating Officer

Please join us in congratulating Brandy Denton on her well-earned promotion to Chief Operating Officer! Brandy has been an integral part of SFDP for over three years, contributing to both our culture and growth through her exceptional leadership.

Our CEO, Juloy Raymer, shared:

“Brandy’s experience in leading teams from all types of disciplines, as well as her extensive experience in the dental space, has given her the depth of knowledge that makes her a great fit for this role. She has been involved in much of the change and growth of the company, giving her the needed background of where we have been to assist in leading a vital part of the team to get us where we are going.”

Brandy has led our Human Resources efforts and stepped in as interim VP of Operations for the Georgia market, achieving key goals and developing her team to take on greater responsibility. We are confident Brandy will bring the same drive, compassion, and operational excellence to her new role as COO.

Introducing Our Area Manager Structure

To better support our providers and team members in their day-to-day operations, Southern Family Dental Partners is excited to introduce a new Area Manager structure. This reorganization places trusted leaders in regional roles to enhance our operational support, clinic development, and team engagement.

We are proud to promote five exceptional leaders to Area Manager positions:

  • Dawn McDaniel – GA & AL
  • Tish (Letecia) Fagan – GA

This transition marks an exciting chapter in our company’s growth. With Brandy at the helm as COO and a powerful team of Area Managers in place, we are positioned to provide even stronger support to our clinic teams and continue delivering the exceptional care our patients deserve.
