Humanitarian Fund

At SFDP, we stand together in times of crisis. Over the years, our team members have been affected by devastating national events, including hurricanes and tornadoes, leading to unexpected loss of income and personal property. To provide support during these difficult times, we’ve established the Humanitarian Fund, a resource dedicated to helping team members facing unexpected emergencies.

How the Humanitarian Fund Works

When a catastrophic event impacts one of our Practices, the Humanitarian Committee will come together to determine how we can best support the affected employees. Additionally, individual employees facing personal emergencies, such as a house fire or other unforeseen hardships, may apply for assistance through the fund.

Application Process:

  • Employees can submit an application for financial assistance.
  • Applications will be reviewed by our six-member committee.
  • Funds are distributed based on the nature of the emergency and available resources.
  • While we strive to assist as many employees as possible, applications may be partially funded or denied depending on the situation and available funds.

📩 To apply, please submit your application to hr@sfdpartners.com. Once received, the committee will review the request and reach out to the applicant.
